Shipping, Cancelations, and Returns Policy

This Shipping, Cancelations, and Returns Policy is for Rocky's Bootique as of 06/15/2023.

1. PROCESSING TIME

  • All in stock orders are shipped out within 2-4 business days.

  • In stock local pickup orders may take 1-3 business days to fulfill. A follow up email will be sent to schedule.

  • Custom orders are made to order and are produced within 7-14 business days from time of payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. Items are shipped within 2 business days of completion. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

  • If local pick up is chosen at check out, an email will be sent to schedule best pick up date, time, and location post production.

2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard (7-10 Business Days): $5

  • Free Local Pickup​

3. DELAYED ORDERS

  • In the case there is a delay in processing due to any custom requested colors not available within the standard timeframe, customer will be contacted immediately to adjust order or cancel their order for a full refund during pre-production. 

  • Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.

4. CANCELLATIONS

Any changes needed to be made for custom orders or if there are questions about canceling an order, please contact Rocky immediately. Once an order has begun the production stage, cancelations will include a deduction of any product used during this process.​

5. RETURNS

  • Returns will be accepted within 7 days from delivery date.

  • Items must be returned unused in original and re-sellable condition.

  • Some items, such as items on sale or custom orders, may be ineligible for returns. 

  • You are responsible for the cost of the return postage, which is non-refundable unless the item sent is incorrect or faulty. 

  • Any refunds will be made after inspection of the returned item.  Returned items must be free of stains, smells, hair, torn, stretched or used. If unable to accept the return, item can be picked up locally or returned to customer.

6. DAMAGED ORDERS

Rocky's Bootique is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

  • Currently only accepting local and domestic orders.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
